Please note that order claims are subject to the policies of each specific supplier. As a marketplace platform, Stemsols does not directly manage warranty claims for customers.

To submit a claim, customers must carefully follow the terms and conditions associated with the purchased product.

Official Brand Warranty

The terms and conditions for the official warranty are outlined on the warranty card. Stemsols.com will not be held liable for any claims. Warranty claims for the product must be directed to the respective brand’s service centers.

Warranty to be Claimed within 24 Hours

Stemsols.com provides a 24-hour window for customers to claim the warranty on a product. Customers must report any manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Warranty Will Not Be Claimable if:

Claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted. Any damage to the product after delivery is not eligible for a claim through Stemsols.com. Unbranded products are also not eligible for claims.

Change of mind regarding a product will not be accommodated. The company is not responsible for medical products and supplements that may cause healthcare issues. Customers are encouraged to exercise caution before purchasing such products and consult medical professionals prior to purchase or consumption.

Products with an official warranty cannot be claimed through Stemsols.com. Customers should contact the number provided on the official warranty card for assistance. Additionally, international warranty products are not accepted by Stemsols.com.

Claiming Terms and Conditions

All product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide pictures and detailed videos of the issue, along with a photo of the invoice. For damaged products, claims must be made within 1 hour of delivery (or at the time of delivery for Karachi only).

Once a claim is submitted to the appropriate department, the claims team will respond within 2-4 working days. If a customer receives the wrong product, an exchange will be offered if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers should send pictures and videos of the product via WhatsApp at 0328-2898-807 and email us at info@stellar.stemsols.com. All claims will be reviewed by the vendor and our quality control team. Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement. If the product is no longer available for exchange from the vendor, the customer’s payment will be refunded or reversed. Please note that customers cannot request a payment return.

Recommendation: Customers should record an unboxing video of the product as solid proof or evidence.
